Politique d’annulation, remboursement et report

Triathlon d’Aiguebelle

Les inscriptions sont non-remboursables, sauf dans le cas d’une annulation de la part de l’organisation en raison d’une force majeure comme la pandémie. Si l’événement est annulé, deux choix s’offrent aux participants. Le remboursement ou le report à l’année suivante.

L’organisation remboursera le frais d’inscription payé par le participant. Le frais de licence d’un jour de Triathlon Québec (dans le cas d’un non-membre) ainsi que le frais administratif de Zone4 ne sont pas remboursables. Un frais de 2.50$ pour le remboursement sera aussi facturé au participant.

Le participant peut aussi reporter son inscription pour l’édition 2026 mais devra payer à nouveau le frais de licence d’un jour de Triathlon Québec s’il n’est pas membre ainsi que le frais administratif pour le transfert.
